The estate features a main house and a guest house, with the possibility of hosting up to 13 people. Both houses have panoramic terraces with a stunning west-facing view and are combined through a spacious garden terrace offering shade and recluse. There are plenty of spots to relax in privacy around the property, and a private bay offers direct access to the sea with the ultimate luxury of privacy. A large stone dining table and modern BBQ equipment in the outdoors kitchen allow for dinners while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The main house features 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, with three bathrooms; a staircase connects the garden floor with the top floor where the kitchen, a study, a cloakroom and the reception room can be found. The guest house offers three independently accessible double bedrooms: one on the upstairs floor, two on the garden floor, each with ensuite bathroom; one of the garden rooms has an extra single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Cot beds are available.
